The manufacturer is unknown, but it is probably made by TVT. It uses the same seat clamp as LOOK KG121, and the carbon pattern is also very similar.
It doesn't seem to be a LOOK, so it's probably a commissioned item from another manufacturer, or an original item sold by TVT. It has been stored as new to this day.
